At Montana City School, we encourage parents and community members to get involved in various volunteering opportunities. Your participation makes a meaningful difference in the school community. Whether you can contribute your time, skills, or resources, there are various ways to support our students' growth and success.
What We Do
Events sponsored by MCS PTA include: Walk to School Day celebration, Teacher/Staff Appreciation Days, Parent-Teacher Conference Dinners, Penny Wars, Monster Mash Carnival, Flying Giant School Spirit Night, Holiday Class Tree Festival, and Missoula Children's Theater productions.
Through fundraisers and membership dues, the PTA has provided the school with various resources and improvements, including classroom grants, playground equipment, a picnic shelter on the playground, a wide-format laminator, a TV for the lobby, a Reader Board in the parking lot, landscaping trees in honor of staff, prizes for Screen Turnoff Week, catered meals for the staff, and upgrades to the outdoor classroom.
